Experiences from a weekend trip to New Orleans during a stay in the Defense Language Institute, San Antonio, Texas. The town of the „Big Easy“ full of laid-back people, authentic trad jazz, and great local food. A city that at the same time relaxes you and is buzzing with energy.

Zuzana Kovářová is an English teacher working at the University of South Bohemia. She is interested in getting to know other cultures, their communication styles, traditions, food and, of course, coffee!
